Admissions
Admissions & referrals
We want the inquiry process to be clear and respectful. Here is how it is planned to work once Alcove is licensed.

Not yet accepting residents. Alcove is a proposed Congregate Living Health Facility. It is not yet licensed or operating and is not accepting residents at this time. Services, eligibility and opening timelines depend on state licensure by the California Department of Public Health and on operational readiness.
The inquiry process
Five steps, from first call to next steps
Step 01
Contact the facility
Reach out through our contact form with general questions. Please do not include medical records.
Step 02
Discuss needs and referral requirements
We talk with you, or with the referring professional, about care needs and what is required for a referral.
Step 03
Facility reviews clinical suitability
Our clinical team reviews whether the facility’s licensed services are a suitable match.
Step 04
Verify coverage, finances and availability
Coverage, financial arrangements and bed availability are confirmed individually.
Step 05
Coordinate next steps if appropriate
If Alcove is a suitable match, we coordinate next steps with you and the care team.
What we cannot promise
Admission and insurance coverage are never guaranteed. Every decision depends on licensure, clinical suitability, availability and confirmed coverage.
